Cranberry Sauce (Refined Sugar-Free)

½ cup water 2 cups cranberries ½ cup blueberries ½ cup fresh orange juice , I peeled and removed the orange pith then blended it until smooth ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ⅓ cup honey
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil over high heat.

Add the cranberries and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to pop and release their juices.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in the blueberries and orange juice. Cover and cook for another 4 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

Remove the lid and stir in the cinnamon and honey.
¼ tsp ground cinnamon, ⅓ cup honey
Simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and allow the cranberry sauce to cool completely. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
