Prep the apple layer according to my apple pie chips recipe: https://tamonde.com/2026/03/16/air-fryer-apple-pie-chips/
Blend about ½ cup - 1 cup of the apple pie chips with lemon juice. Add water if necessary to get it into a smooth consistency.
Layer by adding in the apple pie puree, followed by ice, milk, and the matcha on top. Garnish with an air-fried apple slice!
Notes
In order to get a frothy drink, froth the milk and gently pour the matcha on top to get layers.
