In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients until evenly combined.
1 cup blended oats, ¼ cup flaxseed mix, 2 tsp cinnamon, ½ Tbsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt
In a large mixing bowl, mash the roasted sweet potato and banana until mostly smooth. Stir in the remaining wet ingredients until well incorporated.
1.5 cups roasted sweet potato, 1 banana, ½ cup black sesame butter, 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp avocado oil, 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
To make the black sesame topping, blend all topping ingredients until slightly chunky. Add a small amount of water if needed to reach a spreadable consistency.
¼ cup walnuts, ¼ cup black sesame seeds, ¼ cup cooked purple rice, ½ cup hot water
Line a 9”x5” loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top. Spread the black sesame mixture evenly over the batter, then add any desired garnishes.

Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool for 15–30 minutes before slicing and serving.
