Avocado Smoothie (Sinh Tố Bơ)

How to make Vietnamese avocado smoothie, or Sinh Tố Bơ! This is my healthy version of an avocado smoothie. You can replace all the sugar and condensed milk with coconut milk and honey instead! Super simple ingredients and tastes delicious! This is a perfect smoothie for summer too.

For different servings, multiply ingredients accordingly.

🥑 Avocado Smoothie

  • 2 medium Hass avocados
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1.5 tbsp honey

👩‍🍳 Directions

  1. Boil coconut milk in a pot, then reduce to a simmer and let it reduce slightly. Stir in 2 tbsp of honey.
  2. Whisk until smooth, then let it cool.
  3. Blend together the avocados, ice, and the cooled coconut milk + honey mixture.
  4. Ready to serve!
