How to make a Vietnamese Beef Phở Bowl! I love a good bowl of phở but was also craving a Japanese beef bowl, so why not combine the two? Beef gyu-don is so easy to make, and I decided to use a phở broth to simmer the meat with instead. Turned out delicious!
