Masala Matcha Latte
Masala Matcha Latte is a cozy fusion drink that combines earthy matcha with chai spices. “Chai” simply means tea, while “masala” refers to the blend of spices used to flavor it so that’s why it’s most accurately called “Masala Matcha Latte”! Infusing spices into the milk adds a deeper flavor profile that complements matcha without overpowering its natural taste.

I love adding spices to my lattes because they create a more layered flavor while also offering functional benefits. Many chai spices such as ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves contain compounds studied for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and digestive-supportive properties. When paired with matcha, you get a drink that supports both gut and skin health.
