I used to have the WORST acne. This happened maybe 3 different times in my lifeโ€ฆ right when I think my acne is gone, it comes BACK! So I make sure to take anti-inflammatory ingredients to reduce chronic inflammation that may contribute to acne and other skin concerns. This anti-inflammatory turmeric ginger latte has it all!

Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Latte

Turmeric contains curcumin, a compound widely studied for its ability to modulate inflammatory pathways in the body. Ginger has been shown in research to reduce inflammatory markers and support circulation, while cinnamon has been studied for its antimicrobial and blood sugarโ€“regulating effects, both of which can play a role in skin health.

Black pepper is a MUST when it comes to turmeric too. Absorption significantly increases when they are paired together.
