Tofu Over Minced Pork (High Protein)

This Tofu Over Minced Pork is a quick and easy, protein-packed meal topped with tofu coated in a savory marinade.

One simple step that makes a big difference is boiling the tofu in salted water before cooking. Heating the tofu causes its soy protein network to weaken, allowing some of the water trapped inside to escape, while a small amount of salt diffuses into the tofu. This lightly seasons the tofu, helps hold it together better during cooking, and can even reduce some of the โ€œbeanyโ€ soy flavor.

Make sure to serve it over rice for a balanced meal!
