Tofu Bagel Bites
How to make Tofu Bagel Bites, a simple, high-protein twist on classic bagels using just silken tofu and flour. These little bites are air-fried until golden on the outside and chewy on the inside, making them perfect for snacking or sharing.

Instead of relying on ultra-processed ingredients, this recipe keeps things minimal while still delivering that classic bagel texture. I also paired it with a creamy, lox-inspired dip.

This is a great recipe to make if you’re looking for a quick, protein-rich snack that’s made with simple ingredients.
