Vietnamese Shrimp Toast (Bánh Mì Nướng Tôm)
Ingredients
- 1 cup shrimp, minced
- 1 cup imitation crab, chopped
- ½ cup green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ cup mozzarella
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Thai chilis, minced (optional for spice)
- 6 baguette slices
Instructions Start Cooking
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced shrimp, imitation crab, vegetables, and all seasonings. - Slice the baguette into even pieces. Spoon the shrimp mixture onto each slice, spreading it into an even layer.6 baguette slices

- Preheat an air fryer to 375°F. Arrange the shrimp toast and air fry for 12–15 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked and the bread is golden and crisp.
