Extra-Cooling Chrysanthemum Watermelon Agua Fresca
This โExtra-Coolingโ Chrysanthemum Watermelon Agua Fresca is my favorite drink for hot summer days when you want something that feels more than just hydrating. Watermelon and cucumber are made up of over 90% water, making them ideal for this type of drink!

In many Asian cultures, Korean pear and chrysanthemum tea are considered “cooling” foods and beverages, often enjoyed during the summer to help offset feelings of internal heat. While this cooling concept comes from traditional food practices, these ingredients also make practical sense: Korean pears are naturally sweet and juicy, and chrysanthemum tea is a light, caffeine-free herbal tea that’s so refreshing when served cold!
