Sweet Potato Cream Top (Viral)
I had a phase where I was drinking cream top lattes almost everyday but I realized it was actually very high in saturated fat. This Sweet Potato Cream Top is my healthier alternative to the classic cream tops used on lattes and specialty drinks. This recipe also went viral on social media!

Traditional cream tops rely heavily on whipping cream and added sugar, but this version uses roasted Korean sweet potato to create the same thick, creamy texture in a much more nutritious way. Roasted sweet potatoes are naturally sweet and blend into a smooth, velvety cream without needing heavy cream. They also bring additional nutrients like fiber!
It pairs perfectly with coffee, matcha, milk tea, or iced lattes.
