2-ingredient Tahini (Sesame Paste)
Tahini is surprisingly easy to make at home with just two simple ingredients: sesame seeds and extra virgin olive oil. When blended together, the sesame seeds turn into a smooth, creamy paste with a naturally rich and nutty flavor. I like making it at home to control the texture I prefer (a bit less creamy, more texture). The longer you blend, the creamier it gets! You can add more olive oil to get it creamier if desired.

It’s a versatile ingredient used in dishes like hummus and baba ganoush to salad dressings, sauces, and baked goods. Making it yourself also lets you control the texture and freshness
