Black Sesame Banana Muffins
These Black Sesame Banana Muffins are a naturally sweet, refined sugar-free treat made with ripe bananas, black sesame butter, and peanut butter. The bananas provide natural sweetness, while the sesame and peanuts add a rich, nutty flavor that makes these muffins feel indulgent without needing any added refined sugar.

Black sesame is commonly used in many Asian desserts and is known for its deep roasted flavor and nutrients like calcium and protein. When paired with bananas and nut butters, it creates a soft, moist muffin that’s packed with healthy fats, fiber, and minerals.
